Dan Mathers
President & CEO
Dan is an active member of Canada’s innovation ecosystem as a member of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board for multiple for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Dan has held senior positions at IBM and Celestica, as well as at MOSAID Semiconductor. In addition, he has founded several technology start-ups in Ottawa and Waterloo.
With over 30 years of experience building and leading technology businesses, Dan has led teams and organizations ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals that have created more than $1B in shareholder value. Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering from McMaster University and an MBA from York University.

Ryan Hickey
COO
Ryan has 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry including 15 years in a senior engineering role at global telecom success BlackBerry. While at Blackberry, Ryan oversaw the development of low power and highly reliable wireless technology for the company’s smartphone devices.
Ryan has several wireless and embedded systems patents to his name. He received his Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dalhousie University.

Fraser Gibbs
CTO
Fraser has spent almost 25 years at the forefront of wireless communication technology including guiding global telecom leader Blackberry through 15 years of wireless evolution. His experience includes leading the global transition from GSM to LTE and scaling development processes to support 100’s of millions of devices operating on over 400 networks across the world.
Fraser has a variety of patents in the wireless telecom space. He received his Bachelor of Math, Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
