  • Overall responsibility for sales strategy, planning, forecasting, execution and reporting

  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement, while building an inclusive, high-performing culture
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Create and manage annual sales budget
  • Define optimal sales force and channel structure and then make it happen
  • Hire and develop sales staff
  • Become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top sales people want to join
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives

  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes, and identify, and implement improvements where and when required

Who we are looking for:

eleven-x is looking for a creative, collaborative and eager-to-deliver Digital & Content Marketer to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in our efforts to build content that educates and inspires. We’re looking for someone who considers themselves a writer first and foremost but understands the role of storytelling and how to extend our reach to maximize impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create content that drives awareness and moves prospects down the funnel. This includes but is not limited to; case studies, blog posts, eBooks, landing pages, podcasts, event materials and videos (from scripting to editing)
  • Assist with the development and execution of our social media strategy
  • Convert technical and engineering content into customer and market-facing materials that can easily be consumed by a non-technical audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments such as Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product Management to assess needs, provide instructions/recommendations, and deliver materials
  • Ensure all content delivered is on brand, aligns with eleven-x’s corporate tone and optimized for search and user experience
  • Identify relevant or timely content opportunities by keeping up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, product knowledge, and customer feedback
  • Foster an environment of mutual respect, continual learning, collaboration and development by actively participating in setting your goals and monitoring your progress as it relates to team goals, openly communicating, giving and receiving feedback, taking initiative to learn and find opportunities to make improvements and efficiencies in processes your role has impact on, and overall strive to be a positive team member

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and project management abilities (wants to own it!). The successful candidate works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and attending to details (can get it done!).

What You Will Bring to our Team:

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a content marketing role, some in B2B would be great, and you live to craft stories
  • You love writing and creating content and you have a strong portfolio showing just that Adept at prioritizing your workload, communicating timelines, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience independently managing content development projects from inception to completion
  • Be able to navigate Microsoft Office and/or G Suite with ease
  • Post secondary education in Marketing or related preferred or equivalent experience

  • You pride yourself on your amazing attention to detail and keep all documents, reports and systems up-to-date and accurate; including data and analytics on trackers, reports and dashboards as needed
