Troubleshooting doesn’t stop at the device itself. Each sensor operates as part of a broader deployed system that includes network infrastructure connecting devices in the field to the solution. If a sensor stops reporting, the team also considers whether the issue could be related to connectivity rather than the device itself. By looking at both the sensor and its connection to the network, the team can quickly determine where the issue is occurring and respond accordingly.
